Book tickets for the Stanford heritage tour

Come and visit us. Explore over 500 years of heritage at Stanford Hall. A rich tapestry of family history weaves its way through the centuries from the Battle of Bosworth in 1485 and the early Tudor court, via the English Civil War and the Battle of Naseby in 1645, the pioneering of early flight in 1899, to the restoration and regeneration work of today.

Visit our ‘Royal House of Stuart’ portrait collection under the recently restored Ballroom ceiling or the unrivalled collection of Hilditch Porcelain Victorian tea ware, see a presentation dedicated to Lt Percy Pilcher, the UK’s pioneer of early glider flight.

Experience our heritage house tour or simply walk our dog friendly nature trails in the park and woodland with interactive quizzes for children.

Book a time for a guided tour of the Hall and experience over 500 years of heritage, from portraits, to library books and manuscripts, costumes and porcelain, tapestries and sculpture, all woven together via a 45 minute journey of family heritage through our historic rooms. Take a guided tour or simply navigate yourself via our virtual house tour on your tablet or phone.
